We do! We often travel to Ann Arbor, Cleveland, and Columbus, but have also completed trips to other locations outside our service area, including Indiana, and Northern Michigan. If you have a need for transportation outside our service area, please call 419-861-4000. Our customer service representatives will gather the information regarding your trip and get back to you with a quote.

- Our private pay rates are dependent on several variables subject to change. Please call our office at 419-861-4000 and we will be happy to provide you with our rates for your trip.
Typically, we aim to arrive within one hour of the call for trips in our service area.
We strive to arrive within a window of 15 minutes before scheduled pickup to 15 minutes after scheduled pickup.
Yes. Our lifts can handle:
- 31" wheelbase to wheelbase (not seat width)
- Up to 750lbs total weight
It is a possibility depending on several factors. Please discuss special considerations with our customer service representative.
- Yes! We welcome passenger escorts. Please notify us that there will be an escort when booking the trip.
- No, there is not a fee for having an escort if the accompanying passenger is not going to an appointment themselves.

TLC Transit drivers assist NEMT passengers into medical facilities, and they ensure they are checked in at the location of their appointment.
TLC Transit drivers may assist passengers up to the threshold of their home and see that the passenger can enter. Drivers ensure that a care provider is present prior to departing minor passengers and adult NEMT passengers that require assistance.
